Lake Annecy sailboats below the Tournette poster

Lake Annecy poster, sailboats at the foot of the Tournette

A few sailboats trace their course across the turquoise waters of Lake Annecy. All around, the Tournette and green mountains frame the landscape, and on the shore a village gathers around the pointed steeple of its church. In the foreground, a couple stands on the stone quay and watches a large sailboat with a red hull. The turquoise of the water, the greens of the slopes and the clarity of the Alpine sky make for a fresh, luminous scene. The title “ANNECY” is set in the style of illustrated travel posters.

Lake Annecy for a living room or a sailing enthusiast

It hangs well in a living room, bedroom, entryway or chalet, and its turquoise tones brighten a white or light gray wall. It pairs nicely with blond wood, linen, rope and nautical objects. Next to a poster of a lakeside stroll or other views of Savoy, it forms a lovely Alpine duo. It’s a gift for an Annecy local, a freshwater sailor, a hiker who has climbed the Tournette or anyone who remembers a summer by the lake.
