A gift that speaks of a real passion
Grandmother’s Day often leads to a generic gift (chocolates, a knickknack) that is soon forgotten. A poster means more if it matches a real taste: sewing, cooking or gardening, 3 pastimes that many grandmothers have enjoyed for a long time.
If she loves to sew
For a grandmother who always has a sewing machine close at hand, the seamstress at her treadle machine poster shows a seamstress bent over her work in a 1930s graphic style: a simple tribute to a skill passed down.
If she loves to cook
For someone who always has a family recipe in the works, the enamel saucepans poster brings together, in landscape format, saucepans, ceramic jars and a large carafe on a tiled countertop: a subject that speaks directly to anyone who loves spending time at the stove.
If she loves to garden
For a grandmother who knows the name of every flower in her garden, the garden flowers poster brings together roses, daisies, cornflowers and a large poppy in front of a seaside village, in bold colors that stand the test of time.
Choosing between 2 posters
The same questions as for other gift occasions apply: which room does she want to decorate, which colors already dominate at her place, which size fits the available space? The Which poster to give? guide explains the method occasion by occasion.

Frequently asked questions
You often ask us
How do I choose between sewing, cooking and gardening if I don’t know her hobbies well?
One detail is often enough: a well-kept garden, a kitchen that always smells good, clothes mended at home. Without a clear clue, a floral subject remains the safest choice.
Is a poster still a good fit if she lives in a small apartment?
Yes, the size selector on each product page ranges from a small size that can be framed on a shelf up to a large size, so check it before ordering based on the space available.
